We want your shopping experience with German Automotive Tools, Inc to be a pleasant one. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for full credit. E-mail or call our Customer Service Center toll free at 888-233-4468 or 678-393-5174. Automotive Specialty Tools, Inc will not issue credit without a Return Authorization number (RA) issued in advance of the return, and:

The product is returned in the original UNDAMAGED package

The product was not used

The product is returned within 30 days of receipt

If a product is returned after 30 days a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

There are NO RETURNS on electronic components after 30 days.

There is NO RETURNS on software.
